Allan McDonald worked on H7 as an orderly from 1978-79 and was then accepted into the 1979-1981 HSC nursing program. He spent his critical care career working in ER, trauma, as a STARS Flight Nurse, Orthopedic surgery, OR, PARR, and as the Primary Care & Orthopedic Program Manager before retiring in 2013.

Nurse in middle wearing white blouse is Suzanne Searle, amazing nurse. Male nurse is Doug Kinley later MScN & PhD. Doug became HSC School Director in my final year at HSC school of nursing. Doug passed away September 10, 2008.
Kevin resting in his permanent room on H7. The H7 orderlies were daily assigned to do all personal care along with an RN. I used to take Kevin to social events such as concerts or sporting events on my days off. We had a great time.

Worked in Winnipeg, Calgary, Nashville, Tn. & Pine Bluff,Arkansas. It all started at HSC….
